singhua Unisplendour Corporation Limited (TH-UNIS) specializes in information technology and communications. It is an A share listed company (stock code number: 000938) and Tsinghua University accounts for 62% of its stock structure.

Initially called Tsinghua University SciTech General Company, the company was established by Tsinghua University in 1988, and five years later it was renamed Tsinghua Unisplendour Group. In 1999, the Group launched Tsinghua Unisplendour Corporation Limited, which was floated on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in August of that year. The company's share price (dubbed 'King Blue Chip') reached a record high on the Chinese stock market in the year 2000. In 2002, the Group was integrated into the newly founded Tsinghua Holding Company Limited. The company underwent restructuring, splitting from certain business units, such as Environmental Protection and Pharmaceuticals, and began to focus on information technology and communications.

At present, there are 14 departments in TH-UNIS. It has 16 holding companies and has purchased shares in 17 companies.
